BHP is a multinational company with headquarters in Melbourne, Australia that extracts and processes minerals, oil, and gas. BHP has mining operations in Australia, North America and South America.
Client Needs: The BHP Young Project was expected to mirror the Jansen Project in scale and design with lessons learnt and design optimizations added to this facility.
TMG Provided:
Engineering and design development of an optimized plant layout which included better maintenance and operability access throughout the plant and a reduced equipment list for potentially lowering the project CAPEX.
